The Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant at Fredonia is for undergraduates with exceptional financial need. This is a grant and does not have to be paid back. Eligibility is determined based on a Federally calculated Student Aid Index (SAI) and receipt of a Federal Pell Grant.
