Important Spring 2025 Update
The Counseling Center will be Pausing/Suspending the Let's Talk program for the spring 2025 semester. Declining utilization of this service has continued over the past several years and we intend to develop a new strategy over the spring semester to determine how to best allocate our resources in support of student health and well-being. We look forward to relaunching a revitalized Let's Talk program during the 2025-2026 academic year.
Let's Talk consultations are:
- FREE for Fredonia students
- Offered first-come, first-served (no appointment necessary)
- Confidential
- Informal
- Please note: Let鈥檚 Talk is not a substitute for counseling and does not constitute mental health treatment. The Let鈥檚 Talk consultant can listen to specific problems, help explore solutions, and introduce you to what it鈥檚 like to speak to a member of our staff.
